Come Golf October 2nd! And Let the Little Children Come to Me!

So, Jesus never said that.  Nor is that what the Bible text about.  But it got your attention.  Yet it is true that Christ calls us on to care for weakest among us.  And you have the opportunity through a day of fun to be part of effecting a year’s worth of care for children.

You have the opportunity to support the youngest in our community, infants and toddlers, by coming to Golf on October 2nd at Eagle Mountain Golf Course in the beautiful rolling hills of Batesville, Arkansas for the inaugural Oktoberfest Classic.  Come enjoy a beautiful morning as we engage in Golf Scramble, enjoy the fellowship, some food, a chance to win some prizes, and simply support an important cause: The Family Life Pantry.

Go here and upload the registration form and get it sent to either email listed on the form or mail it to: Hope Lutheran Church Attn: Family Life Pantry 2415 E. Main St. Batesville, AR 72501.  Golf teams are just $600 a foursome.  Space is, of course, limited.  So we hope you will be part of this opportunity to provide those children in need
